Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms, are kept clean and tidy at all times. This includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, and emptying trash bins.
Tea and Refreshments: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and guests. Ensure that the pantry is well-stocked with beverages and supplies.
Organizing Office Supplies: Ensure office items such as stationery, equipment, and supplies are in their proper place. Manage inventory and report when stock is low.
File Arrangement: Arrange and store files, documents, and records in an organized manner. Assist in filing and retrieving documents as required.
Miscellaneous Tasks: Assist with minor errands such as photocopying, faxing, and delivering messages within the office. Support office staff with any additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Good interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
