Office boy

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Boy who can handle day-to-day office duties with efficiency and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate should be a multitasker, able to maintain cleanliness, assist staff with basic tasks, and manage small errands such as purchasing office supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and dusting of office areas, furniture, and workstations.
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical support tasks.
• Handle office errands such as buying supplies, stationery, and other required items.
• Ensure pantry and meeting rooms are kept neat and organized.
• Support staff in moving files, documents, or light office materials.
• Maintain inventory of pantry and office supplies, and inform management when restocking is required.
• Assist with receiving or dispatching couriers and deliveries.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Basic communication skills (reading/writing simple instructions).
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Trustworthy, punctual, and disciplined.
• Physically fit to handle daily office activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
