Job Title: Office Boy Location: : #18, 1st Floor, Aditya Nagar, Next to SBI Bank, Unnikrishnan Road, Vidyaranyapura Post, Bangalore - 560097 Department: Administration Reports to: Admin Manager / Office Manager Job Summary The Office Boy will be responsible for providing support to the office staff and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This includes basic cleaning, serving refreshments, handling document delivery, and assisting in minor administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities -Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, pantry, and washrooms. -Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors. -Handle outdoor duties such as delivering documents and collecting parcels. -Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks. -Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and assist in inventory management. -Open and close the office premises on time. -Support staff with minor errands and office maintenance tasks. -Follow safety, hygiene, and company protocols. -Should be flexible with assigned duties and adaptable to changing work schedules, including extended hours if required. Requirements -Minimum 10th standard or equivalent. -Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. -Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness. -Polite, punctual, and trustworthy. -Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks. -Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Working Hours: { 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM }
