Job Title: Office Boy

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and energetic Office Boy to support our office operations at KPS Construction Civil and Interiors. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day tasks and assist staff to ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and guests
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, washroom etc.)
* Collect and deliver documents or parcels as required
* Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
* Handle outdoor tasks such as bank work, courier, or purchasing office supplies
* Manage pantry stock and keep the kitchen area tidy
* Support administrative staff with basic office tasks when required
