Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Monitoring and Surveillance: Watch for signs of unauthorized access or trespassing. Patrol Duties: Regularly patrol the interior and exterior of the premises, ensuring safety and security. Report any hazards, safety issues, or security risks found during patrols. Access Control: Control access points, ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed to enter the premises. Check IDs or badges of employees, contractors, or visitors entering the building. Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches. Coordinate with emergency services like fire departments, police, or medical teams if needed. Report Writing: Maintain logs and records of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Document any security-related issues or unusual occurrences. Safety Inspections: Ensure that safety protocols and policies are followed on the premises. Inspect doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are properly secured. Customer Service: Assist visitors and employees with directions or general inquiries. Maintain a professional and helpful attitude while ensuring security protocols are enforced. Skills & Qualifications: Physical Fitness: Ability to stand or walk for long periods and remain alert during patrols. Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills to spot unusual activities or risks. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication for reporting incidents and interacting with staff or visitors. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess and respond to security issues quickly and effectively.
