Office Boy / Field Executive

Job Title :- Office Boy and Delivery Executive Location: [Fort] Department: Administration Reports To: Office Manager / Admin Head Job Summary: The Office Boy is responsible for general office cleanliness, support staff duties, and basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. The Delivery Executive is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods/packages to customers and clients, ensuring excellent customer service and professionalism during each delivery. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises. Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors, bring lunch. Assist in filing documents, photocopying, scanning, and distributing office documents as required. Handle errands such as bank work, post office visits, and collecting/delivering documents. Support staff with minor tasks and assist in setting up meeting rooms. Pick up and deliver packages or documents from/to designated locations. Ensure timely and accurate delivery while maintaining safety standards. Obtain signatures from recipients and maintain delivery logs. Communicate with the dispatch team for route and delivery updates. Handle items carefully to prevent damage. Report any delivery issues, traffic delays, or vehicle concerns. Requirements: ·      Valid driver’s license (bike/car, as applicable). ·      Familiarity with local routes and locations. ·      Basic communication skills in [English/local language]. ·      Responsible, punctual, and professional appearance. ·      Basic knowledge of housekeeping and office maintenance. ·      Punctual and trustworthy. ·      Able to communicate clearly and follow instructions. ·      Physically fit and presentable.
