An Office Boy's job description involves supporting office operations through tasks like maintaining cleanliness, managing supplies, assisting with basic administrative duties, and providing general support to staff and visitors. Here's a more detailed breakdown of the responsibilities:Core Responsibilities:

Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization:
Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and ensuring the office is clean and tidy.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the office kitchen, restrooms, and common areas.
Disposing of trash and waste properly.
Supply Management:
Monitoring and restocking office supplies.
Ensuring sufficient stationery, paper, and other materials are available.
Administrative Support:
Assisting with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Delivering documents and packages both internally and externally.
Answering phones and taking messages.
Sorting and delivering mail.
General Support to Staff and Visitors:
Serving tea, coffee, or other refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assisting with setting up meeting rooms.
Providing general information to staff and visitors.
Other Tasks:
Running errands outside the office, such as picking up supplies or making deliveries.
Coordinating with maintenance personnel for repairs and upkeep of office equipment.
Assisting with other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
