Office boy

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy Office Boy to handle daily office support tasks, including bank work, cash collection, and serving refreshments. The candidate should be punctual, well-mannered, and able to manage errands efficiently within and outside the office premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle bank-related work, including deposits, withdrawals, and cheque submissions.
• Collect and deliver cash/documents from clients or vendors as instructed.
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the office premises, including pantry and reception areas.
• Assist in photocopying, filing, and other clerical tasks when required.
• Manage incoming and outgoing courier and postal deliveries.
• Purchase and maintain stock of office supplies and refreshments.
• Support the admin and accounts team with day-to-day operational requirements.
• Run errands outside the office as per management instructions.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of handling cash and banking work.
• Trustworthy, punctual, and disciplined.
• Neat personal appearance and good hygiene.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
• Prior experience as an office boy, field runner, or helper preferred.
