Office boy

The Office Boy plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by performing a variety of support tasks. This position requires a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable individual who can handle administrative and facility-related duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office Maintenance:
• Keep the office environment clean and organized, including desks, meeting rooms, and common areas.
• Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and furniture.
• Manage the disposal of trash and recycling.
• Administrative Support:
• Deliver and retrieve documents, files, and packages within or outside the office.
• Handle photocopying, scanning, and printing tasks as required.
• Support other departments with clerical tasks when needed.
• Hospitality Services:
• Serve tea, coffee, water, or other refreshments to staff and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the pantry and kitchen areas.
• Assist in setting up and organizing meetings, including preparing meeting rooms and arranging refreshments.
• Errand Running:
• Collect and deliver mail, couriers, and parcels.
• Purchase and stock office supplies, pantry items, and other essentials.
• General Assistance:
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate staff or department.
• Assist with minor repair work and facility management issues, such as changing light bulbs or arranging maintenance services.
