Job Description

Job Summary:
The Office Boy is responsible for supporting daily office operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff, handling basic errands, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the Vilva Jewels office.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors when required
Handle delivery and collection of documents, parcels, and office items
Open and close office premises as per working hours
Support administrative staff during busy hours
Ensure pantry supplies and office essentials are stocked
Follow company rules, discipline, and work ethics
Report maintenance or repair issues to management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th pass
Previous experience as office boy or helper preferred
Honest, punctual, and responsible
Physically fit to handle routine office tasks
Polite behavior and basic communication skills

Preferred Qualities:

Willingness to learn and assist
Good attitude and teamwork skills
Trustworthy and well-mannered
