We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team and support our operations.

Job Summary:

As an Office Assistant at Zizuka, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store’s administrative functions. You will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks related to customer service, inventory management, and daily office operations. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and fulfill online and in-store orders.
• Handle customer inquiries related to orders and returns.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates on order status.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Organize storage areas and manage the back office efficiently.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as managing phone calls, and documentation.
• Support day-to-day office activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Be flexible and ready to handle multiple tasks adjusting to the dynamic needs of the office.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration or a related field is a plus.

- Previous experience in a retail or administrative role preferred.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Working Hours:

- Full-time position with flexible hours (include specific details if applicable).

- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
