Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the office, including handling phone calls, emails, and managing office supplies.
• Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data records, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• File Management: Organize and maintain office files and documents, both in physical and digital formats.
• Assist with Meetings: Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare meeting materials, and assist in meeting logistics.
• Customer Service: Provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients, offering assistance as needed.

Qualifications:

• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
• Strong desire to work in an office environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
