Job Description

Job Title: Office Assistant

Company: Ecoplanner

Location: Aluva

Salary: ₹12,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualification

B.Com (Finance)

Experience: Fresher to 6 months

Job Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock.

Prepare and organize documents for submission to Panchayath and other authorities.

Maintain and update office records, files, and registers.

Assist in preparing financial and administrative documents.

File and manage documents for easy retrieval and reference.

Provide general office support to the team as required.

Candidate Preference

Female candidates only

Candidates residing near Aluva or Perumbavoor will be preferred.

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of accounting and documentation.

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
