Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented office Coordinator to manage our office operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English for day-to-day communication and have excellent letter drafting skills. Key Responsibilities · Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations. · Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails & physical mail. · Support HR and other departments with administrative tasks. · Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area. Qualification · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. · Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. · Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). · Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
