Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support
  • Maintain patient files, records, and documentation (online & offline).
  • Handle data entry and update daily reports.
  • Assist in billing, receipts, and maintaining expense records.
  • Front Desk & Coordination
  • Welcome patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with staff.
  • Clinic Operations
  • Ensure proper stock of office supplies, forms, and stationary.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and basic upkeep of clinic area.
  • Support staff in day-to-day operations as required.
  • Team Assistance
  • Help counselors, assistants, and management in completing routine tasks.
  • Follow up with patients for appointments or pending documents.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)

Language:

  • Konkani (Required)
  • english (Required)
  • hindi (Preferred)
