Job Description

  • Answering phones and directing calls: This includes taking messages, fielding general inquiries, and connecting callers with the appropriate person.
  • Managing correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing calls and emails.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars: Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Maintaining files and records: Organizing both physical and electronic documents.
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies: Ensuring the office has necessary supplies and managing inventory.
  • Greeting visitors: Providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Assisting with data entry and document preparation: Creating and updating documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Basic bookkeeping: May include tracking expenses, managing petty cash, and assisting with other basic financial tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
