- Handling phone calls.
- Coordinating interviews and meetings.
- Data entering, Register updation and other NABH-related documentation.
- Assist the Accounts department with the proper updating of purchase-related entries into the software.
- Maintain accurate purchase requests, invoices and receipts.
- Place purchase orders for the required goods and services.
- Follow up on purchase requests and orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Record and track inventory movements, including receipts and issues, systematically.
