Job Description

  • Urgent Requirement For Office Assistant
  • Only Female Candidates Can Apply
  • Some One Who Has Basic Tally Knowledge (not mandatory) & Can Work On Excel
  • Experience: Minimum 2 Year Location: Andheri Salary: 15k to 17k
  • Skills : Excel must , Tally preferable but not mandatory

Role & responsibilities :

  • Prepare quotations, work orders, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain and update accounting records using Tally and Microsoft Office.
  • Handle vendor coordination and follow-up for orders and payments.
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping, billing, and documentation.
  • Support day-to-day office administration and record management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and timely reporting.
  • Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
