Job description:
The Office Assistant plays a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the school office. This position involves handling Academic and administrative tasks, assisting staff and students, managing communication, maintaining records, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office environment.
Ideal candidates must have good interpersonal skills such as patience and listening skills. The candidate must possess excellent English communication skills and it is a mandatory criteria. Must also be Customer-centric making the needs of School patrons the top priority.
Requirements:
Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and 1to 3 years of experience of working as Office Assistant in a reputed School/Organization should only apply. Female candidates are preferred. Candidates must have excellent command and fluency in English.
