Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator cum Digital Marketing Executive. This dual-role position requires a dynamic professional who can manage day-to-day office operations while also planning and executing digital marketing strategies to promote our brand and services online. Key Responsibilities: Office Coordination: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Serve as the point of contact for vendors, service providers, and internal teams. Maintain records and filing systems (physical and digital). Assist with basic HR and finance administrative tasks such as timesheets, invoices, and reimbursements. Digital Marketing: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms and company website. Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization for web content. Coordinate email marketing campaigns and newsletter distribution. Assist with designing creatives using tools like Corel Draw, Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms.
