Office Assistant / Office Boy

• Office Maintenance: Keeping the office clean, tidy, and organized. This includes cleaning furniture, dusting, and disposing of waste.
• Clerical Support:Assisting with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and printing documents. May also involve filing, organizing paperwork, and managing files.
• Errands and Deliveries:Running errands, such as banking, picking up supplies, or delivering documents both within the office and to external locations.
• Pantry and Refreshments:Assisting with the preparation and serving of refreshments for staff and visitors, and maintaining the cleanliness of the pantry area.
• Assisting Staff:Providing general assistance to office staff with various tasks as needed, such as setting up meeting rooms or handling equipment.

Good communication skills to interact with staff and visitors.

Familiarity with basic office equipment, such as photocopiers and printers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
