Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and deliver KYC, SIP, Other Documents to and from clients, RTAs (Registrar and Transfer Agents), depository participants (DPs), and courier services.
Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and safe handling of Documents.
Maintain a register/logbook of all incoming and outgoing documents, including folio numbers, names, and date/time of handover.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents for demat submissions.
Track courier deliveries and maintain POD (Proof of Delivery) records.
Support the admin and executive team in day-to-day office work related to physical share processing.
Handle confidential documents with integrity and caution.

Requirements:

Education: Only 13th (First year Degree Student of any stream)
Ability to travel locally for submission and pickup of documents in westernline.
Basic understanding of document handling and confidentiality.

Work time is Fix 12 noon to 6Pm
Monday to SaturdaySunday holiday

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 36 per week
