Job Description

Housekeeping & Office Maintenance

Maintain cleanliness of the office, washrooms, pantry, and common areas.
Ensure desk areas, meeting rooms, and reception are neat and presentable.
Maintain pantry stock (tea/coffee, water, cleaning materials, etc.).

Guest Service

Serve tea, coffee, and water to visitors, clients, and staff.
Assist in preparing beverages and light pantry tasks.
Support during meetings by arranging refreshments and ensuring cleanliness afterward.

Outdoor & Support Work

Handle bank work, courier services, and other official outdoor tasks as assigned.
Purchase office supplies and materials when required.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and physical document management.

General Office Assistance

Support staff with basic administrative tasks.
Ensure timely opening and closing of the office, if assigned.
Handle inward/outward mail and documentation.
Maintain office hygiene and assist in small tasks as required.

Requirements:

Basic reading and writing skills.
Honest, punctual, reliable, and polite.
Ability to handle outdoor tasks and multitask.
Prior experience preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
