Key Result Area (KRA)Key Responsibilities
- Ensure office premises, desks, pantry, and common areas are clean and well-maintained daily.
- Monitor and refill supplies like tissues, hand wash, drinking water, etc.- Cleanliness checklist maintained and signed daily.- Supplies refilled timely without reminders.
2. Tea/Coffee & Pantry Management- Prepare and serve tea/coffee/snacks to staff and guests.
- Maintain cleanliness in the pantry.- Manage pantry stock and inform admin before items run out.
- Timely and polite service.
- No complaints on hygiene.- Zero pantry item stock-outs.
3. Document & Courier Handling- Deliver/collect documents, parcels, or couriers as per office requirements.
- Maintain record of deliveries and collections.
- 100% timely deliveries.
- No lost/delayed documents.
4. Guest Handling & Support- Greet and assist office guests.
- Ensure they are comfortable and directed properly.
- Polite and professional guest handling.
- No complaints from visitors.
5. Asset Handling & Security Awareness
- Handle office property with care (furniture, equipment, etc.).
- Report any suspicious activity or damages.
