Job Description

  • Answering phones and directing calls: This includes taking messages and forwarding calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Managing correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other forms of communication.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings: Coordinating calendars and booking meeting rooms.
  • Maintaining files and records: Organizing and managing both physical and digital files, ensuring easy access to information.
  • Ordering and managing office supplies: Keeping track of inventory and placing orders for necessary supplies.
  • Greeting and assisting visitors: Providing a welcoming and helpful presence at the front desk.
  • Assisting with data entry and record keeping: Maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Preparing documents and presentations: Assisting with the creation of reports, memos, and other materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
