Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai
Department: Administration
Reports To: Admin Manager

Job Summary:

The Office Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling day-to-day tasks such as filing, organizing files, Pantry Tea Coffee serving, photocopying, outdoor work sundy purchases and bank work.

Requirements:

  • Male candidates only can apply.
  • Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th pass or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (photocopier, printer, scanner).
  • Punctual, honest, and reliable with a good sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • Work involves some physical activity, such as moving files or office supplies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
