Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises, including pantry and meeting rooms.
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests as required.
  • Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.).
  • Support staff with minor errands within and outside the office.
  • Ensure proper waste disposal and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for meetings.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of office operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • Honest, punctual, and reliable.
