Job Description:

We are looking for an Office Assistant to help with office tasks and outdoor duties. If you have 2-3 years of experience in office work and are comfortable handling both administrative and outdoor responsibilities, this role might be perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls, emails, and direct messages to the right person.

Keep track of office supplies and reorder when needed.

Organize physical and digital files, ensuring they’re easy to find.

Support staff and managers with other office-related tasks.

Make sure the office is tidy and well-maintained.

Outdoor Duties:

Visit the bank for Financial transaction

Other outdoor work related to office needs (e.g., delivering documents or collecting materials).

Assist with paperwork or official registrations at various locations.

Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in office work or administrative roles.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).

Good communication skills, both written and spoken.

Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.

Ability to work well alone and with a team.

Comfortable with outdoor tasks, including handling bank-related activities.

Should have Experience with managing office supplies and general admin tasks.
