We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant who can provide administrative support and also assist with basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office while contributing to the accuracy and timeliness of financial records. This dual role requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with office procedures, and a good understanding of accounting principles. Key Responsibilities: 1. Managing office documentation and record-keeping 2. Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations 3. Handle filing, scanning, and record-keeping tasks 4. Preparing Accounts 5. Keeping account books and systems up to date 6. Following up with students/clients for payments 7. Fee collection and reconciliation 8. Submitting weekly and monthly financial updates to management 6. Balance sheet preparation Requirements & Skills 1. Hands-on experience with Tally or any other accounting softwares 2. Strong knowledge of accounting and office administration best practices 3. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) 4. Excellent organizational and communication skills Education !
