Office Assistant

Role Overview:

You will work closely with the Founder and Operations Manager to streamline tasks, track projects, manage schedules, follow up on deadlines, and ensure all operational documentation is maintained effectively. This role requires discretion, excellent communication skills, and an ability to anticipate needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft emails, reports, proposals, and presentations as required
• Follow up with team members, partners, and vendors to ensure deadlines are met
• Organise schedules, meetings, and action plans
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Coordinate internal communications and support cross-functional teams
• Assist with planning and implementing processes for efficiency and accountability
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines without constant supervision
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Proficient in office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion)
• Self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset
