Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning & Maintenance:
  • Daily cleaning and upkeep of the office premises including floors, furniture, glass, pantry.
  • Ensure cleanliness is maintained throughout working hours.
  • Office Management Support:
  • Maintain and organize office supplies, stationery, and pantry items.
  • Assist in basic maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs or reporting faults to the concerned department.
  • Inward & Outward Entry:
  • Maintain accurate logs for incoming and outgoing documents, parcels, and couriers.
  • Handle internal document movement between departments.
  • Visitor Handling:
  • Greet and guide visitors appropriately.
  • Maintain the visitors' entry register with date, time, and purpose of visit.
  • Tea/Coffee & Refreshments:
  • Prepare and serve tea/coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the pantry area.
  • General Office Help:
  • Support in photocopying, scanning, and document binding tasks.
  • Assist staff with minor errands within and outside the office.
  • Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,200.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
