Position : Delivery cum Office Assistant

Location : Irumpanam, Thripunithura

Age : 20 - 30

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Delivery cum Office Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging orders, managing local deliveries, and assisting with general support tasks in the office or warehouse as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Packing:
• Neatly and securely pack items as per company standards.
• Label and prepare orders for delivery or shipment.
• Local Deliveries:
• Timely and safe delivery of orders within the assigned area.
• Handle delivery documentation and obtain proper delivery confirmation.
• Inventory & Stock Management Support:
• Assist in receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming stock.
• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
• Vehicle Maintenance & Management:
• Ensure assigned delivery vehicle is clean and maintained regularly.
• Report any vehicle issues promptly.
• Customer Interaction:
• Maintain a polite and professional attitude while dealing with customers.
• Assist customers during delivery when required.
• Administrative & Logistic Support:
• Assist office or warehouse staff with routine tasks during non-delivery hours.
• Help in maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.

Requirements:

• Valid 2-Wheeler and 4-Wheeler Driving License.
• Basic knowledge of local routes and areas.
• Physically fit and able to lift light to medium-weight packages.
• Good time management and communication skills.
• Punctual, honest, and dependable.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
