Office Assistant Computer Operator

Job description - Searching for Tenders for Company’s products - Submission of bids in IREPS Portal, GEM Portal, CPPP Portals - Managing vendor registration on PSU portals - ⁠Timely preparation of tender documents and Tender submission - Technical and commercial requirement evaluation of tender papers and checks the eligibility criteria - Maintaining organized records of tender documents, communications, and submissions - Track and manage tender timelines ensuring timely submission - Maintain records of all tender activities and communication Gem portal & IRPS - Weekly and Monthly Sales Reporting. - Maintaining opportunities and Account Details in CRM. - Adding leads on CRM, assigning to sales persons, managing leads on CRM - Providing support to the Sales Team & Customers for required documents - Attending to leads, queries received on Phone, WhatsApp, Trade India, Indiamart and Website providing - leads with product information and tracking lead conversion Qualification: - Graduate - 1-2 years’ experience in Office related computer operations - ⁠Positive Attitude * Ability to adapt quickly * Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). * Good written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task * Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹ 20,000 per month Benefits: • Leave encashment • Paid sick time • Provident Fund Schedule: • Day shift
