To collect, analyze, and report market, competitor and sales performance data through on-ground (feet-on-the-street) market visits and structured analysis, enabling management to take informed commercial and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Intelligence & Competitor Tracking

• Monitor key competitors of Chenab Impex for product range, pricing, positioning, and updates
• Conduct store and market visits to assess competitor products, merchandising, and trends
• Track market developments through retail checks, exhibitions, digital platforms, and field inputs
• Prepare concise market intelligence and competitor comparison reports for management review
• Track key competitors of Chenab Impex for product range, pricing, positioning, merchandising, and new launches
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items

Field & Business Coordination

• Visit partner outlets, track and evaluate on-ground performance of the sales team (feet-on-the-street effectiveness)
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to validate market feedback
• Support management reviews, strategic initiatives, and follow-ups

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and fieldwork
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience as Business Coordinator / Market Intelligence role, Data Analyst
• Preferred experience in hospitality, F&B, FMCG.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
