About the Role


Office Assistant


Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and file site-related documents such as:

  • Material delivery challans (cement, steel, tiles, etc.)
  • Purchase bills and invoices

Assist the accounts team with:

  • Bill entries
  • Expense tracking
  • Petty cash records

Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for:

  • Daily paperwork
  • Pending or missing documents

Maintain records for:

  • Site-wise expenses
  • Material registers

Handle scanning, emailing, and general office documentation

Coordinate paperwork between head office and other site offices


Requirements

  • Graduate (preferred)
  • 1–2 years experience in construction / real estate / accounts support (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting & documentation
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and email
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi for better coordination
