Office & Styling Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, email management, and office coordination.
• Manage client communications and provide exceptional customer service.
• Support styling-related tasks, including online/offline client styling sessions, colour analysis, and wardrobe planning.
• Create, edit, and maintain PDFs, presentation decks, and other client-facing materials.
• Assist in content shooting.
• Coordinate with the team for events, workshops, and client projects.
• Help implement processes to keep the office and client services running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Organisation Skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• terest or background in fashion, styling, or image consulting.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Proficiency in Google docs and Canva for editing
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Fashion, or related field is a plus
• Proficiency in English Language is a must
