Job Description

We are a established pathology services seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to manage our day-to-day office operations and support the smooth functioning of our workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations of the office.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
  • Maintain and organize records, files, and documents.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as required.
  • Support HR, accounts, and management in administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in science preferred but not mandatory.
  • Those having nursing background or done DMLT is a plus.
