Job Description

Daily office operations including correspondence, Filing, Xeroxing, scanning of document.

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to staff, management, and visitors during meetings or breaks.

Maintain organized records of company documentation.

Handle incoming calls and other communications in the absence of Front Office Personnel

Outgoing, bank related work if required.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry, kitchen and service areas.

Wash, clean, and organize cups, glasses, utensils

Monitor and restock pantry supplies (tea, coffee, milk, sugar, snacks, etc.).

Good communication and polite behavior.

Punctual, reliable, and presentable.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
