Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Office Coordinator (Admin) to manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks. The role involves handling both indoor and outdoor responsibilities, ensuring smooth coordination and support across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage general office administration, documentation, and filing.
  • Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers.
  • Handle bank-related work, government office visits, and other outdoor tasks.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and cleanliness.
  • Assist management with scheduling, communication, and follow-ups.
  • Support daily operational activities and ensure timely task completion.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in office coordination or administration.
  • Must be comfortable with outdoor work (bank/vendor visits).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and email correspondence.
  • Honest, punctual, and willing to take initiative.
