You will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of our office in the Prahaladnagar area of Ahmedabad. Your role will involve overseeing office operations, procedures, and resources to enhance organizational effectiveness. Additionally, you will collaborate with overseas staff to complete daily tasks and write file notes for financial planning customers. You will also assist in creating reports, presentations, and other documentation. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is essential. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively are key for success in this position.
