You will be responsible for all operational activities at our IELTS institute located in Adampur, Distt Jalandhar. Your role will involve providing leadership in strategic and operational planning to ensure the smooth functioning of the center. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct daily stand-up meetings for the entire staff. - Achieve target admissions with 100% seating capacity utilization. - Guide, lead, and direct the team of IELTS trainers. - Manage overall center operations and ensure dropout rates are within predetermined limits. - Direct and supervise processes to maintain high standards of student satisfaction. - Design and implement initiatives to achieve target walk-ins and student conversions for visa filing per month. - Support staff, ensure high employee retention and satisfaction. - Monitor and record employee productivity and engagement levels regularly. - Direct and supervise the admission team to achieve admission success rate targets. - Handle visa counseling and filing. **Qualification Required:** - Graduate/post-graduate with at least 2-3 years of experience. - Experience in team handling and leadership. - Excellent written and spoken English skills with business acumen. - Proficiency in MS Office. You must possess strong team handling skills and be able to lead the institute effectively. The salary offered is up to 30,000 per month with incentives, and the working hours are from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
