Job Title: Office Administrator Reports

To: Senior HRBP

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 3-5years

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Office Management & Operations

• Manage office supplies, stationery, and ensure availability as per monthly requirements with proper accountability and audit mechanism.

• Oversee housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the workplace.

• Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient day-to-day operations.

2. Vendor & Finance Coordination

• Manage vendor relationships for office maintenance, facilities, and supplies.

• Handle petty cash, office maintenance expenses, and ensure proper documentation and approvals.

• Ensure cost-effectiveness and timely service delivery from vendors.

3. Administrative & Clerical Support

• Provide administrative support including documentation, filing, correspondence, and data management.

• Handle ad-hoc requests related to office operations with utmost accountability.

• Support CXOs/Founders in daily administrative requirements and special projects.

4. Leadership Support

• Assist CXOs/Founders with operational and clerical tasks as needed.

• Coordinate logistics and driving assistance when required.

• Act as a reliable point of contact for leadership in day-to-day operational needs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace tools

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to manage vendors, housekeeping, and external stakeholders

• Financial awareness to handle petty cash and expense tracking

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.

• 25 years of experience in office administration, facilities management, or related roles.

• Prior experience supporting senior leadership is an advantage.
