Job Title: Office Administrator Reports To: Senior HRBP Location: Hyderabad Experience: 3-5years Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations, vendor coordination, and administrative support. This role ensures smooth functioning of the workplace by handling office supplies, maintenance, vendor management, and providing direct support to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities 1. Office Management & Operations • Manage office supplies, stationery, and ensure availability as per monthly requirements with proper accountability and audit mechanism. • Oversee housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the workplace. • Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient day-to-day operations. 2. Vendor & Finance Coordination • Manage vendor relationships for office maintenance, facilities, and supplies. • Handle petty cash, office maintenance expenses, and ensure proper documentation and approvals. • Ensure cost-effectiveness and timely service delivery from vendors. 3. Administrative & Clerical Support • Provide administrative support including documentation, filing, correspondence, and data management. • Handle ad-hoc requests related to office operations with utmost accountability. • Support CXOs/Founders in daily administrative requirements and special projects. 4. Leadership Support • Assist CXOs/Founders with operational and clerical tasks as needed. • Coordinate logistics and driving assistance when required. • Act as a reliable point of contact for leadership in day-to-day operational needs. Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace tools • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail • Ability to manage vendors, housekeeping, and external stakeholders • Financial awareness to handle petty cash and expense tracking Qualifications & Experience: • Graduate in Business Administration/Management or equivalent. • 25 years of experience in office administration, facilities management, or related roles. • Prior experience supporting senior leadership is an advantage.
