About the Role Revogreen Technologies is looking for an Office Administrator to streamline and support our daily operations. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for fresh graduates or diploma holders seeking hands-on experience in office administration and HR coordination. Job Responsibilities: Maintain bills, files, documents, and databases Monitor and oversee office operations Manage daily attendance reports and keep management informed Support the HR department with interviews and recruitment processes Screen candidates and extract relevant data for recruitment Ensure all records and reports are up-to-date and readily available Handle documentation and maintain proper records Assist with joining formalities and exit procedures Coordinate with vendors and manage vendor-related tasks Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the management Skills : Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets Good organizational and record-keeping skills Effective communication skills Ability to multitask and manage office operations independently Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Narhe, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
