Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support our team with project coordination and communication management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and track ongoing projects to ensure timely completion Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items Manage company email communications, including responding to inquiries and. distributing important information to relevant parties Maintain project files, documentation, and office records Liaise with internal departments and external clients or vendors as needed Assist with other administrative tasks and office operations Qualifications: Any Graduate or Under Graduate with Minimum 2 Years Experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other communication tools Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 12 months Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Work from home Work Location: In person
