As a Office Administrator at KR Business Solutions, you will play a crucial role in handling the office operations for a prominent management consulting service provider catering to hospitals and healthcare organizations throughout India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to resolve claims-related issues. - Process medical billing and TPA (Third Party Administrator) claims in a timely manner. - Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, claims processing, and follow-ups. - Develop strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service skills. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Maintain and upload patient files on the portal. - Courier hard copies of patient's medical files to the Insurance companies. - Responsible for all coordination activities from patient admission to discharge. - Devise and establish hospitals quality procedures, standards, and specifications. - Review patient requirements and ensure they are met. - Set standards for quality, health, and safety. - Ensure services meet international and national standards. - Identify ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency. - Define quality procedures in collaboration with operating staff. - Establish and maintain controls and documentation procedures. - Monitor performance by collecting relevant data and generating statistical reports. - Conduct visits to hospitals in Jaipur as well as PAN India. - Handle all other office work. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role. - Knowledge of medical billing and claims processing. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
