Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and operations
  • Handle vendor coordination, office supplies, and facility management
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and hotel bookings for clients and management
  • Support HR and accounts with documentation, attendance, and records
  • Manage petty cash, expenses, and basic budgeting
  • Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth internal and external communication
  • Maintain office discipline, policies, and professional standards

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
