Office Administrator & Social Media Specialist We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to manage our office operations and lead our social media presence. This dual-role position combines the responsibilities of an Office Administrator with the creativity and strategic thinking of a Social Media Specialist. The ideal candidate is a multitasker with strong communication skills, digital savvy, and a proactive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors. Manage phone calls, emails, scheduling, and correspondence. Maintain organized filing systems—digital and physical. Order and manage office supplies and equipment. Support basic HR functions like onboarding and attendance tracking. Assist with invoicing, billing, or petty cash management. Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with company goals. Monitor social media accounts, respond to messages and comments in a timely manner. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform updates. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
