Job Description
-Manage day-to-day office operations including supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination-Handle office communication, documentation,data entry and filing (both physical and digital)-Support HR and Finance departments with administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, reimbursements, and expense records-Organize internal meetings, company events, and logistics (refreshments, travel, accommodation)-Maintain asset inventory (laptops, furniture, office equipment)-Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in maintaining a safe, organized workspace

Must Have
-English-Graduated university-Ability to commute to the Koramangala office-Basic PC skills (We mainly use Google Workplace)-Good communication skills

Nice to Have

-Google workplace knowledge
-Admin experience
