Job Description

  • Handle stationery management – maintain stock, issue tracking, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage vendor relationships – negotiate rates, process payments, and ensure service quality.
  • Supervise facility management activities such as maintenance, office repairs, and utilities.
  • Ensure housekeeping management for cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the premises.
  • Coordinate travel management – arrange transport, accommodation, and logistics for employees.
  • material management records – inward/outward entries, stock register, and requisitions.
  • Handle asset management – track company assets, maintain records, and support audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
